My one evening 2-hour classes are one of my most popular, and rightly so as we have such busy lives. I have created a wide range of recipes for you to enjoy. Make all the classics such as chicken tikka masala, masala prawns, chicken korma, biriyani as well as some more unusual recipes like batura fried Indian bread. Vegetarian options are given, My class menus change according to the season and interest. I will guide you every step of the way to leave you with the confidence and knowledge to be able to cook up your most loved Indian dishes at home.
